The First Sign of Spring are the Crocuses coming up through the snow!!! They are a hardy flower aren't they?
My image is from the Fred She Said Collection of "Spring Flowers". This is actually the second in the series of 4-1/2" X 4-1/2" easel cards that I am doing with the set. I used the Spellbinders Eyelet Nestabilities to frame my image and the Fancy Tags for my Sentiment.
I colored my image in Copic Markers and outlined it in blue to match the blue in the DCWV Pocket Full of Posies Paper. I distress inked my edges to match the paper as well with sage distress ink. All the edges have been stickled and I used lots of pearls for accent. There is a hidden tag that pulls out to write a sentiment. For some reason, I just can't bring myself to write on these easel cards...lol
Punch Count - 6 (I think that is the smallest for me ever!!!) lol

Wow, all the pretty details on your card make this very, very special - the pearls are so beautiful and so are these lovely, lovely crocuses - they're the first sign of spring here and are popping up along the road - yay!!!!

Beautiful colors! Your coloring is fab also. I love this image - the first real flowers of Spring. My yellow ones have buds! Two more times of snow, then we should be done!! You know they say it snows 3 times on the crocus!
